Fantasy Football

This is the post I know everyone has been waiting for.  After weeks of anticipation wondering "What's going on with this fantasy football league that Grandma mentioned?" your answer is here.  Long story short: everyone has experienced the joy that comes with victory...everyone except Rick Mason.  Nate is dominating the league with an undefeated 4-0 record and Rick is doing his best to set himself up for the "most improved team" award given out at the end of every season.  Adam is doing surprisingly well considering the fact that he picked Chris Cooley, a Tight End, in the first round.  Competition is quite close and I'm sure there will be plenty to talk about at the "Adult Grandkids Christmas Party" this year.

Back to School Contest Winners!

Erica and Brittany are the winners of the Barfuss Barometer Back to School Contest. They both came pretty close to getting all the right answers! Their prize will be a double thick milk shake, flavor of their choice, payable on their next visit to Grandpa and Grandma's.

So the Wilfardos and Wilfy's in school this year include:

Pre school: Jordan Banks at Northstar Elementary with Zoe, Madison, Dylan, Tylie, Leah, Jace, Cannon and Olivia being home schooled. (Research shows that most of the learning that takes place in a person's life occurs before the age of 5!)

College: Todd, Spencer, Austin, Kandis, Liz, Christie and Courtney at the Y, Valerie at Utah State, Heather at Salt Lake Community College, Chris at the University of Phoenix, Brittany at UNLV, and Camilla at the U.

Graduate School: Chad, Brandon and Nathan at the U, Rick at UNLV and Jake at the Y

The School of Hard Knocks: As Erica put it "I think all of us in one way or another!" Especially Nick who is learning more than all the rest combined!

Fantasy Football

I heard that the Barfuss cousins have a fantasy football league going. I think we need an update on the particulars. Who's in? It might be of interest to know the names you are using to play!
